Why don’t people empty their lint trap? Did you know that lint left in lint traps can be a fire hazard? Did you know that a full lint trap can increase your electricity bill? There are more ‘Did you know?’ questions on this subject, but I am not here to offer answers or questions. I am genuinely curious to know why people don’t empty their lint trap. The moral of this question is we do as we please. Some of us remember to empty the lint trap, some of us don’t even care. Perhaps the better question would be ‘Who are the people who don’t empty their lint trap, and, why? That may sound discriminatory, let’s pose this one too ‘Who are the people who empty their lint trap, and why?
